Shipping Method

USPS Standard (typically 3–7 business days). Please note that delivery by a specific date is not available. Orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via your shipping confirmation email.

If you have received a delivery confirmation email but have not yet received your package, it may have been scanned and is still on the delivery truck. Please allow up to 3 business days. If your order has not arrived after that time, contact us at hello@nocturnsleep.

Shipping Errors & Address Policy

If an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will replace the order as soon as possible.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, we can reship the item for the standard shipping fee.

Please note: We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
